No, nothing definitive yet, just a temporary agreed naming convention. Delphine came up with it. I was just struggling between "it", "him" and "her", alternating with no apparent logic or train of thought. Since we're trying to keep the sex of the baby as a birthday revelation, there's no ground for either personal pronouns to be used. And "it" is so distant, so impersonal (by definition!!), not to mention Stephen King's legacy on the word. So a name had to be found, without sexual connotations but personal, that we can relate to:

Gremlins.

I like it. It's definitely not going to stick past first contact, although... but no, it's just temporary. I guess it has something to do with the fact that it's a small creature that moves a lot, tears up your insides and generally gives you a hard time.

Gremlins is moving a lot these days, it's the right time : he's not big enough to fill the womb so has plenty of room to move about and explore. This is the time when we can begin with practicing "haptonomie". I haven't found it in english, it's a technique where amongst other things, the father can create a relationship with the baby by touch and his voice. So I get to touch and caress Delphine's stomach, creating hot-spots that Gremlins moves towards. Plus Delphine likes it.
